Why doesn't my online family tree load?

If you click on the Family Tree page and you get the text message “Loading Family Tree…” but nothing happens, you need to download and install Macromedia Flash player.

Computers with Flash installed will show a tree icon with a revolving green arrow.

To download Flash player, go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and then try  to load the tree again.
